Vancouver, British Columbia – Bearing Lithium Corp. (the “Company” or “Bearing”) (TSX Venture:BRZ) (OTCQB: BLILF) (FSE: B6K2) announced today, further to its news release dated October 16, 2019, the appointment of Gil Playford, as Interim Chief Executive Officer to replace Jeremy Poirier.
In addition, the Company announced that it is issuing an aggregate of 200,000 stock options to a director and an officer. Each of the stock options has an exercise price of 0.16 and will expire on November 20, 2023.
